Simple Lower Ab Exercises

If you are looking for simple lower ab exercises, you have come to the right place. Lower Ab Workout is focused on bringing you great information about lower ab exercises. This article discusses two simple lower ab exercises that can form the foundation of your lower ab workout.

However, don't forget that the number one reason why people don't have a ripped six pack of abs is that they are carrying to much fat around their midsection. If you have a layer of fat covering your six pack of abs, your abs will never be well defined. Check out thisBEST DIET PLAN FOR DEFINED LOWER ABS. Leg Raises:

The first of the lower ab exercises is the standard leg raise. To do a proper leg raise, start by laying on your back. You want to keep your hands and head on your mat. With your legs stretched out straight in front of you, lift your legs off of the floor keeping them straight. You do not need to raise them any more than a 45 degree angle of the floor. When I do leg raises, I like to do between 10 and 20 reps.

Reverse Curl:

The second of the lower ab exercises is the reverse curl. To do a proper reverse curl, start by laying on the ground and placing your arms behind your head. Next, bend your legs at your knees so that your feet are up near your rear. Once you are in position, to do the reverse curl you need to pull your knees up towards your belly. You should feel the pull in your lower abdominal muscles.

Remember to do your lower ab exercises before your other abdominal exercises. If you don't start with lower ab exercises, you will tire before isolating your lower stomach muscles.
